When General Adan Arrived at 800 o'clock in
the morning to handle the leadership of the northern sector of Suez Canal
front line, I was into continuous battles to stop the Egyptians and to
beat their forces that crossed the Canal and enclosed Bar-lev line
fortresses.
These
battles didn't calm down a single moment, It left its imprints on my
forces and I lost many of my colleagues. Because of the violence
of these battles, we didn't find any time to the grief
of our
colleagues who were killed.

2 O'clock
at noon, I was stationed with my forces inside the area that general
Adan defined it to me. General Adan's orders were arrived to attack
towards Ferdan as a results of general Gonen's orders to start
Counter-attack on Sinai front line.
I was in Al-Ferdan sector and my mission was determined to reach
Al-Ferdan bridge
and to occupy it, we used to call it Chizayon, the same name for the
adjacent fortress which we had lost in the beginning of the war.
